1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the BharatVani.net platform — the web application, mobile apps, and enterprise/event licensing services — you agree to be bound by these terms. BharatVani.net provides real-time, multilingual voice translation and broadcasting powered by Google Gemini Live and LiveKit WebRTC.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you broadcast through the platform, including rights to any source stream or audio you translate and distribute. You agree not to use BharatVani.net to broadcast unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Service availability
BharatVani.net is provided on an “as is” basis. While the platform is engineered for sub-1.5-second latency and automatic session self-healing, translation quality and uptime can vary with source audio quality, network conditions, and third-party AI/WebRTC provider availability.
4. Enterprise & event licensing
B2B event licensing, SaaS subscription tiers, and archiving services are governed by the specific commercial agreement executed with your organization, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.
